David practices business law, focusing on small-to-medium companies with particular and varied legal needs. He particularly enjoys working with companies focused on environmental and personal issues.

David has worked in many positions, from outside counsel to in-house. His executive experience includes founder and CEO of a breakthrough building materials company, founder and president of a food technology business, and Vice President of Sales for a global nutrition company.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in 1989, he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Tulane Law School.

David spends his time outside the office skiing, biking, and gadabouting.
