David's legal background and experience ranges from outside counsel to in-house counsel, from real estate to mergers and acquisitions. David's executive experience includes founder and CEO of a breakthrough building materials company, founder and president of an innovative food technology company, and a global nutrition company Vice President of Sales.
David's focus is on small and medium sized companies who have particular and varied legal needs. Many of their business problems have components that require lawyering to solve, and many of their legal problems have business impact, which David can help leadership teams navigate. His favorite assignments are businesses with environmentally and people friendly values where he can solve the current issues, put systems in place to safeguard against future liabilities, and work himself out of a job.
David’s time outside the office is spent skiing, biking, and gadabouting.
